DESCRIPTION:The IFSA LC Göttingen is excited to invite all of you to the Germany meeting.\nThis is going to be the first event in person since ages and we can’t wait to host you 🎉 \nRegister for the event by filling this form https://forms.gle/yV1PALVp6QwCmthx9 by the 27th of August. (if you can’t stay for the whole event you are still welcome to sign up). \nThe event is mainly aimed for Germany IFSA members\, but also for everyone from IFSA (no need at all to speak German)\nProgram \nThe event will take place from the 1st till the 4th of October 2021 (from Friday to Monday)\, so 4 days of activities and 3 nights. The first and last days are also for arrivals.\nWe are staying in Fredelsloh\, wich is about 30 Km northwest of Göttingen. \nThe details of the activity still need to be definined. \nParticipation fee \nThe participation fee for the event is 25€\, which should be paid in advance after you receive the confirmation from the Organizing Committee (OC). The participation fee will contribute to the cost for accommodation\, food\, transportation during the meeting and all other activities.\nPlease note that you are expected to cover the cost of travelling to and from Göttingen on your own. \nPre-Registration \nWe are trying to have as many people as possible joining the meeting\, but we have some limitation due to the accommodation therefore we may not be able to accept all the people that fill this registration form. You are going to hear back from us by the beginning of September. \nWhat to bring \nYou should bring a sleeping bag\, as we are going to sleep in a house where there are mattresses but no bed sheets.\nWe are going to have an international night\, where everyone can bring some traditional food and drinks from the country/regions.\nExtra \nIf you want to stay some days in Göttingen before or after the meeting let us know\, we’ll find an accommodation for you.\nAt the same time even if you can’t join for the full weekend you are more than welcome to register and take part into the event. \n  \n  \n
