IFSA Internship at WOODTECH FORESTRY, Gyomaendrőd, Hungary

Woodtech Zrt. a Hungarian forestry company, has been offering an internship opportunity for students from IFSA Local Committees. 

This year, two persons have the opportunity to participate in a professional internship until November 2023. The planned internship period lasts from the earliest possible start (one-month probationary period) until November 31, 2023.

Application requirements:

We are looking for MSc and/or BSc students with at least two closed semesters. Professional  Curriculum Vitae (CV) in English with availability (email, phone number) is a requirement. The appropriate level of English language skills is an advantage. Medical certification (about contagious diseases, allergies etc.) is also necessary. 

Job description:

The tasks of the student(s) are mostly field work, as well as cooperation in wildlife management, research projects and other  various forestry-related professional works.

Support from the host: If necessary, they can provide assistance in organizing the visa. One-time travel support 200€. They provide accommodation for students for free. You will be in a dormitory (men/women separated) with optional breakfast.
Working hours: on weekdays from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., every weekend and holiday (both in Hungary and in your own country) is a day off.

Salary: net 450 EUR/month and comprehensive health insurance
