Call for Young Scientists

EFI Annual Conference 2024

Interested in AI and forests? EFI is looking for Young Scientists to come and talk about their research involving AI at EFI’s Annual Conference in Bonn in September 2024. EFI is offering financial support of 1,500 euros. 

There’s also the opportunity to take part in the Hackathon, which will explore how AI might impact the way our society perceives and understands forest-related issues. You’ll get to experiment with different generative AI text-to-image models, and see what they do with forest concepts.
