Open Call: IFSA Discord Community Coordinators

Are you passionate about connecting people and fostering engagement
within the IFSA community?
We’re looking for dedicated individuals to join the IFSA Discord Workgroup!
What we’re looking for:
● Active Presence: You’re online frequently and can dedicate time to keeping the server
vibrant.
● Discord Expertise: You’re comfortable using Discord, including bots and advanced
server features.
● Creativity: You have fresh and exciting ideas for events and activities to spark
engagement.
● Community Building: You’re willing to encourage participation in events and inspire
others to join the conversation.
● Responsiveness: You respond to messages quickly and can address queries or issues promptly.

What you’ll do:
● Moderate the Server: Oversee community guidelines, manage discussions, and ensure
a safe, welcoming space for everyone.
● Plan Events: Design and organize interactive virtual events that cater to the diverse
interests of our global community.
● Boost Engagement: Develop creative strategies to encourage participation, foster
conversations, and inspire collaboration.
● Create Content: Design posters, write engaging posts, and share updates on social
media to promote activities and events.
● Collaborate: Work closely with other volunteers to create a fun, inclusive, and
supportive environment for all members.
