On 15th September 2022, the GLF Africa Digital Conference will gather thousands of frontline leaders tackling the climate and food crises head-on. Featuring leading changemakers, voices, and thinkers from Africa and the rest of the World, GLF Africa will demonstrate how healthy landscapes, responsible land tenure arrangements, and shorter, greener value chains can transform food systems and build climate resilience starting today.

The conference broadly seeks to: 

1. Promote a new narrative of African solutions that are driving a holistic, sustainable agri-food systems transformation to address food security, equity, and sovereignty 
2. Inspire innovative partnerships by building bridges across sectors and initiatives in African agriculture, forest landscape restoration, sustainable finance, and creative industries 
3.  Establish best practices and successful models for accelerating youth and women’s leadership for action at a scale 
4.  Identify examples of effective policies, investments, and new social norms to draw success factors and policy recommendations for inclusive and equitable tenure and governance
