Damiano Cilio is one of the backbones of IFSA, he is currently serving his 5th term as IFSA Official. His contributions have been in many different areas, and with his wide range of experience, he was available whenever his assistance was needed. Most notably, he was the driving force behind the launch of the IFSA Discord server and had a significant role in the Forests in Women’s Hands IFSA Task Force.

This month, Canopy Conversation Live, the first event of the Podcast Sub-Commission, took place on Discord as a voice-only talk with an expert in forestry, and was a great success. Therefore, the Board has decided to take this opportunity to award Damiano as Official of the Month. Thank you for all your contributions to IFSA, Damiano.
