Since the beginning of the term, Theresa and the team has been proactively working on re-sending the IFSA Gender Open Letter on Gender and Forest Education to universities and IFSA LCs, which was also posted on the EFI Blog. 

Over the span of 3 months, the Gender SC was able to present their advocacy in the All-IUFRO Plenary Session: Gender (Un-)equal Networking of IUFRO; Forest Stewardship Council General Assembly; and Women’s Forest Congress 2022. She welcomed 3 commissioners in the Gender SC and plans to expand the team further! With her exceptional performance, the Board awards Theresa as the November 2022 Official of the Month.
