The International Union for Conservation of Nature (IUCN) UK Peatland Programme has an initiative titled “Peatlands are..” video series which aims at raising awareness of peatlands and building momentum for World Bog Day celebrations.
What is your role?
As part of the campaign, IFSA is inviting you to record yourself in a 10-15 seconds video clip (feel free to extend if inspired) and finish the sentence “Peatlands are…” Please send the videos to unep.commission@ifsa.net by 24th July 2021, 11:30 PM Central European Summer Time (CEST).
You are encouraged to include your social media account details too, especially your Twitter handle!
The videos will be uploaded on IFSA’s Twitter account to mark the World Bog Day on 25th July 2021.
Participants will receive a certificate of participation
