The content of this course was provided by the Youth Forestry Policy Days, a 3-day event organized by the International Forestry Students Association (IFSA) and FOREST EUROPE in December 2022. The topics that were touched upon during this event were based upon requests from our IFSA community. Workshops for certain soft skill building and a conference day focussing on forest policy were held during these 3 days. The main goal of this online event was to enable our youth community in building soft skills, exchanging knowledge, and gaining more insights about international forest policies.

The keynote speaker for this particular soft skill webinar is Salina Abraham, a former IFSA president who is currently working for the Global Landscapes Forum. She shares her experiences on how to approach building your own leadership style, which is important for your career building and day-to-day life.
