During its plantation, the method being used was the central pond silvofishery system where the planting focus was to plant near the pond perimeter and leave the center of the pond as the place for the fish and shrimp to live. So both ecosystems co-exist, allowing restoration and productivity achieved at the same time. Furthermore, to ensure this monitoring continues. Its monitoring project has officially been handed to IFSA Indonesia Programme Team with Muhammad Khaykal as its Technical Officer, allowing direct communication to the technical
assistant in the field and direct reporting to the IFSA Indonesia networks and IFSS 2025 Indonesia Organising Committee. These activities will be carried out periodically per 4 months and will be concluded until February 2028. This is also becoming possible through the grants
from Resource Right Institute, which is not only supporting IFSS 2025 Indonesia activities but also further into the post activity after the event. Please follow @ifss2025.core to see the fun story of the monitoring in the field!
