Barbara and Theresa remarkably spearheaded the Gender Open Letter to address gender disparities, call for a higher acceptance and visibility of all genders in forestry science and practice, and fostered collaboration between IFSA members from all regions to instill diverse perspectives for the Open Letter Video. This month, they also organized a Peer Learning Session on Addressing Gender Inequalities in Forest Education and assisted the Membership Department in completing the Membership Report. Therefore, the IFSA Board celebrates Barbara and Theresa as the OoTM for July 2022. Congratulations!
