This second episode wants to offer the perspectives of women who have already established their careers in the forestry field as a source of inspiration for future generations of foresters. The personal experiences and points of view of the women who have preceded us will offer the opportunity to understand how gender has played a role throughout their careers and to reflect on present times. This will stimulate a conversation with youth in forestry who are about to start their careers. In addition to generating understanding and mutual support, young foresters are invited to put these stories in relation to their own experience, which can help to understand how to best approach the challenges surrounding gender.
